1. Can I Return My Item?

We want you to love your art, but if for some reason you need to return it, here’s what you need to know:

  • Items must be unused and in their original packaging.
  • You have 60 days from the date of delivery to return an item.
  • Certain items, like custom kits, gift cards, sale items, and pre-stretched/board kits, are non-returnable (we hope you understand!).

If your item arrives damaged or there’s been a mix-up, we’ll gladly replace it or refund your order. And no worries—if it’s our fault, we’ll cover the shipping.

For voluntary returns (just in case you change your mind), you’ll be responsible for the postage fee.


2. How Do I Return My Item?

It’s easy! Just drop us a message at help@artdiystudio.com, and we’ll guide you through the steps. No stress, we’re here to make the process smooth and simple.

Please remember, you’ll need to accept your delivery first, and then reach out to us if a return is necessary.


3. Exchanges

Sometimes, you just want something a little different—and that’s okay! If you’d like to exchange an item, let us know at help@artdiystudio.com. Keep in mind, voluntary returns and exchanges will require you to cover the return shipping costs.


4. Return Shipping & Refunds

For voluntary returns, the cost of shipping is on you, but we’ll make sure to process your refund promptly after receiving and inspecting your item. Give us 5 business days, and you’ll see that refund in your account!


5. Changing Your Mind? (Order Cancellations)

We get it—sometimes plans change! If you need to cancel an order, please send us an email at help@artdiystudio.com within 24 hours of making the purchase. Use the subject line “CANCEL ORDER” and include your order number to make things easy.

Heads up: Custom kits are special and can’t be canceled once production has started.


6. Shipping Woes (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged Orders)

We know how much you’re looking forward to your art arriving safely! That’s why we offer optional low-cost shipping protection at checkout to give you peace of mind. If your package is lost or damaged in transit, we’ll replace or refund it.

If you opt out of shipping protection, we won’t be able to cover lost or stolen orders once they’ve been delivered. However, if your package is damaged before it arrives, we’ve got your back! Just contact us, and we’ll take care of the rest.


7. Oops! Wrong or Incomplete Orders

If we sent the wrong item or missed something in your order, let us know, and we’ll fix it right away! We can send missing items or provide a high-resolution PDF if your kit isn’t quite right.

For small dents or minor damage during shipping that doesn’t affect the usability of your canvas, we won’t be able to offer compensation. But if the damage does impact your ability to create, we’ll happily send a replacement canvas.
