1. Order Processing Time

We work hard to get your order on its way quickly! Here’s what to expect:

  • U.S. Warehouse Orders: Processed within 4-7 business days.
  • International Warehouse Orders: Processed within 5-9 business days.
  • Customized Orders: Since these items are specially made just for you, they take 5-8 business days to process.

You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your order is placed and a shipping confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is on its way. Please note that during busy seasons like November and December, processing times might be slightly longer. Check out the “Shipping Information” section on product pages for warehouse details and delivery estimates.

2. Need to Update Your Shipping Address?

We understand that sometimes mistakes happen! If you need to change your shipping address, please let us know as soon as possible by emailing help@artdiystudio.com before your order is shipped. Once your order has been dispatched, we’re unable to make changes, and we are not responsible for shipments sent to an incorrect address. If the package is returned, a restocking fee may apply, or we can arrange reshipment at your expense.

3. Shipping Methods, Costs & Delivery Times

We offer various shipping options to make sure your order reaches you most conveniently:

  • Flat Rate: $4.50 for orders under $100.
  • Free Shipping: Available on orders over $100.
  • Expedited Shipping: For those who need their orders faster, we offer a flat rate of $30 (may vary by country).

Delivery times depend on your location:

  • U.S. Orders:
    • Standard: 9-13 business days.
    • Expedited: 8-10 business days.
  • International Orders:
    • Standard: 14-21 business days.
    • Expedited: 10-14 business days.

Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. We’ll always do our best to ensure your order arrives as quickly as possible!

4. Shipping Restrictions

For now, we’re unable to ship international factory items to P.O. Boxes, military addresses, or certain remote locations like Alaska and Hawaii. However, U.S. warehouse items shipped via USPS can be delivered to these locations without issue.

5. Package Protection

We want to ensure you feel secure when shopping with us! That’s why all shipments come with complimentary insurance, covering any items lost or damaged during transit. If this happens, we’ll offer you a replacement or a full refund. Please note, though, that we are unable to cover packages once they’ve been marked as delivered or misdelivered due to an incorrect address.

6. Easy Returns & Refunds

We want you to love your purchase, but if something isn’t right, here’s what to do:

  • Changed Your Mind?
    We accept returns within 60 days if your item is unopened and in its original packaging. You’ll be responsible for return shipping costs.
  • Issues with Delivery?
    Please double-check that your shipping address is correct and ensure the delivery location is secure. If a package is returned due to delivery issues, a restocking fee may apply. For custom items, a disposal fee will be charged.
  • Warranty Claims
    We offer a 60-day warranty for any manufacturing defects. If you notice an issue, just reach out to us within this period. Shipping-related claims are handled as part of our shipping policy.
